Greetings! We are Real Estate Investors/Landlords that are looking for someone to do some electrical work on several rental properties we own. You do not need to be a licensed Electrician, but you must have several years of hands on electrical work experience. Currently, we are remodeling a older workshop building into a guest cottage (ADU) and need someone to redo most of the existing wiring, upgrade the existing Zinsco main panel and add a sub-meter. Also, need some faulty GFCI outlets replaced and some other basic electrical repairs done. Ideally, we're looking for someone who currently works in the trades and wants some side jobs for extra money. Rather than paying you hourly wages we prefer agreeing to a set price for the work needed for a specific job (If you're looking to be paid $$$ high wages charged by licensed journeyman electricians, sorry we cant afford you). If it works out and were happy working together, this can be an ongoing gig as we own several properties that always need electrical work.
