In 1945, just at the end of WW 2 and defeating Japan, America and Russia troops occupied Korea, to keep control of the region. North went to Russia and South went to America Here we are 75 years later, and look at the stark difference between Communism and Capitalism One interesting note, North Koreans on average are 2 inches SHORTER than South Koreans. This is caused by over 70 years of government corruption, brutality and starvation of the citizens.
