Offering a free Studio Apartment in exchange for an experienced apartment maintenance person to live on site and help Management with general maintenance and repair. You need to be able to install Small Kitchenetts and all other duties associated with A Apartment maintenance person. Please include your experience with your reply please. This is part time and you would be able to have another full time job. We would be very flexable with when you do the work. The only compensation is a free Studio Apartment with all of the bills paid including cable, Wi-Fi. We have a free laundry on site. This is a non smoking and no pet property.
