1 year old GSD needs rehoming

I have a 1 year old GSD that needs rehoming. He has completed obedience training(1500). He will come with his food bowl and training collar. There is a rehoming fee as I have put a lot of time and energy into him. He will not go cheap. He is being rehomed because he deserves more space and time devoted to him. I will not allow him to go with anyone. Vet reference preferred.
