We are seeking a Construction Runner to join our team! You will help with running errands for business owners, oversee project implementation, be on call for simple handyman services, help locate real estate opportunities, be a part of planning and scheduling. Responsibilities: Oversee some aspects of construction project from identifying new opportunities to helping with the construction implementation Help owners with errands Be on call for handyman work Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with working online and using mobile phone Deadline and detail-oriented
