Hiring (9) Solar Marketing Brand Ambassadors/Promotional Models: 1st three groups will be in teams of 2 pair's 1W:1M 3 Attractive Women between the ages of 19-26 years old 3 Attractive Men between the ages of 22-27 years old 2nd group will consist of (3) Real Average Women of different race and ethnicity. 1 Women between the ages of 18-22 years old 1 Women between the ages of 27-33 years old 1 Women between the ages of 32-36 years old Seeking real people from all walks of life, wittily talented, energetic spirit, creative thinkers, versatile, competitive, motivated to learn the industry lingo and product knowledge. Ultimately paving the way to expand your earning potential! Out of the box thinking; target marketing, promotions, techniques, approach to drive consumer appointment acquisition and lead to direct sales. Comfortable acting, reciting a script and filming short infomercial/social media commercial clips. That will Grab the attention of Homeowner's attention Calling them to Action to dial a phone number to connect with a live skilled energy analyst, that will educate them on the benefits of going solar. Brand Ambassadors/Promotional Models - Objective: To generate inbound leads and/or scheduling appointments for a solar consultation. Commercial topics will be on educating the public on solar benefits, myth or fact, ect. Teams will need to be creatively competitive in their pursuit to acquire new business and exceed team goals. Each individual and team Promo Ambassador will have an inbound phone number specific to them as an ID indicator and will be Tagged to each commercial. For every prospective qualified homeowner that calls into your dedicated number will earn you $$$. For every Solar Sale produced from your dedicated number will earn you $$$. This is an opportunity that can be something like a gig temporarily or to advance career skilled growth and development during unforeseen times. This entry level marketing gig is the gateway into the rising solar sales industry. It's a perfect opportunity for someone who's motivated and wants to learn. However, it requires motivation and drive to put in the time that it takes to learn it all, while earning a pretty good side income. Brand Ambassadors/Promotional Models - Essential Responsibilities: Your job is easy : you would be responsible for greeting potential clients, giving basic information and collecting data for our company. Participate in multiple weekday/weekend events, Trade Shows, Gyms, Farmers Market, Mall Kiosks, County Fairs (events can run simultaneously. From as little as a few hours to consecutive days, weeks or month long interval's). You need to be able to communicate to the public properly & be able to generate leads WITHOUT trying to "hard sale". Delivery, setup, operation of our table top/event booths at our partnering facilities and afterwards setup take down. Learn and apply general knowledge of the products, and services Acknowledge and greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor Conduct follow-ups, obtain copy of utility bill needed for Solar quote generation Develop new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory Consent to Photography, Videography, Digital marketing Release Form. Consent includes, but is not limited to: (a) Permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of you and/or record your voice; (b) Permission to use your name; and (c) Permission to use quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the film, photograph(s), tape(s) or reproduction(s) of you, and/or recording of your voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, magazines and other print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the Internet), in theatrical media and/or in mailings for educational and awareness. Brand Ambassadors/Promotional Models - Job Requirements: • MUST keep a clean, neat appearance. • MUST be comfortable standing for extended periods of time. • MUST have availability to work 20-29 hours over 4-7 days/nights per week. Open availability preferred. • MUST have reliable transportation to commute to multiple locations within a shift. • Bilingual, Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply. • Prior face-to-face promotional experience preferred. Brand Ambassadors/Promotional Models - $ Compensation $ For every qualified homeowner that calls into your dedicated number and has a conversation with out energy analyst for longer than two and a half minutes (2.5 minutes) you will earn $25. For every Solar Sale produced from your dedicated number will you will earn $1,000.
