Brand Ambassador/Team Lead We're a local and national Solar Marketing and Sales Organization. Hiring (1) Marketing and Promotions Team Captain: A passionate individual with a desire to develop their knowledge base. Who can effectively manage a team of (9) Solar Marketing Brand Ambassadors/Promotional Models, able to inspire creative ways to Call Homeowner's To Action by calling in and speaking with a live skilled energy analyst. Who can motivate their teams as a group and individually to teach the industry lingo and product knowledge. That will pave the way to expand both their own and your earning potential! Creative out of the box thinking; target marketing, promotions, techniques, approach to drive consumer appointment acquisition and lead to direct sales. Someone who makes the experience of generating inbound leads and/or scheduling appointments fun, constructive competitions to reach and exceed team goals. Dedicated to assisting your teams in their pursuit to acquire new business. This is an opportunity that can be something like a gig temporarily or to advance career skilled growth and development during unforeseen times. Team Captain - Essential Responsibilities: Manage established sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team Analyze sales statistics to distinguish areas of improvement Learn and apply general knowledge of the clients, products, and services Acknowledge and greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor Conduct follow-ups, order entry, and quote generation Develop new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory Resolve or offer effective solutions that drive client sales revenue Team Captain - Compensation Negotiable TBD charisma, skill, experience, evaluation as a company assets.
