rehoming Boomer, pit/lab mix, male, age four

This has been one of the toughest decisions I’ve had to make but I believe this is best for my boy and hope to find him his true forever home. Boomer is such a cuddly, loving, big babied doggo who deserves someone who can really work with him when it comes to interacting with other dogs. As pictured, he is fine with my cat but when it comes to running into dogs on walks/potty time he turns into a very vocal, aggressive doggo. I rehomed him off of craigslist back in November 2020 in the Foco area. I don’t know anything on his past or previous owner(s) other than who I received him from was letting him go due to lack of time to give towards Boomer. From the getgo you could tell he had been beaten or grew up in a hostile/abusive home(s). He can be very skittish to loud noises in the house or out on walks and doesn’t like big objects coming towards or around him. He is very well trained when it comes to potty trained. In the eight months I’ve had him he’s only had two incidents inside. He hasn’t chewed on anything of mine nor his own toys (he isn’t much of a player) he does well with sit and come commands and can catch treats occasionally. He has a crate, food and water bowl, bag of food, treats, leash, harness, muzzle, few toys and poop baggies all included. Please let me know if you have any questions and would like to meet Boomer.
