Please help this cat it looks like it is in really really dire condition, but looks like it would be a great friend to it's savior. I don't know how to work with an animal in this condition. I also have a severe cat allergy, so while I wanted to pick the cat up and take it home with me it is really not an option for me. I tried to call the SPCA but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. The cat was last seen today between the Rite Aid and Meldrim's Paint store in Cortland NY. Please someone help this poor animal!
