Need reliable guy for several small jobs

I have several small jobs. Need a reliable guy who has general construction skills; can wire a duplex outlet, has worked with an electric chainsaw, can do basic carpentry (rough and finish), can follow instructions. I supply tools and material, you supply labor. Each job will be 5 hours or less. Estimate it will average $100 cash each job. I will work with him on some jobs, others he will do independently. Must have reliable transportation to Manassas, VA. I can work with your schedule, days, weekends, early evening. This is not a regular scheduled job, just jobs as they come up.
