Replace wood with bricks for flower beds in front of townhouse

Hello, I have flower beds in the front of the house built with wood. The wood is rotting and needs to be replaced with bricks. 3 pictures are of the current rotting wood. 4th picture with bricks is what I want it to look like. The height can be 5 or 6 levels of bricks. You can tell me what you recommend. I can pay for the bricks and mortar and you can quote me for the labor of removing the wood and putting bricks there or you can quote me a full price. The bricks might need some mortar so they stay in place. The townhouse is in Herndon in Reflection Lake townhomes.
