Build Elevated / Level Platform in Home Garage

I would like to hire someone to build a 4" elevated and level platform (4 ft x 9 ft) in my home garage. I already have dimensions and designs drawn, so I can go over them in detail with you. The design involves using 2x4's with spacers every foot against the lip of the garage floor (see pictures) and subfloor plywood on top to make the platform. You'll need to adjust for the slope of the garage, so the 2x4's might need to be stripped 1 or 2 degrees. I would like to start this project ASAP, so please contact me if you have the tools, time and skill required to complete this job.
