Requirements: • 5-10 years’ experience operating various construction equipment (Various Tractors) • Experience with water system installation and design • Good working knowledge of field processes and procedures • Good verbal, written, and organizational skills • Computer literate • Must have reliable transportation and show up to work on time every day • Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies • Must have ability to manage field employees • Must work as a team member Certified in Heavy Equipment a PLUS! Class A License a PLUS! Experience with irrigation and plant installation helpful but not required. Experience in Agriculture Construction helpful but not required. Physical Requirements: • Must be in good physical condition • Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, walk/work in rough terrain to access equipment, tools, materials, and jobsite to complete work • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Working Environment: • Outdoors—can be in areas of very heavy brush--occasionally • Office Environment • Construction Sites Work Hours: - Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (typical) - Eight (8) hours a day, plus overtime, if necessary - Saturday and Sundays if necessary
