We are needing to rehome our black lab named Olive. We've had her since she left her litter, and this is very hard for us, but we feel we are no longer able to provide the home she needs. She needs to run and would do best with an active person. She would make a great hunting dog and could be easily trained to do that. She already has no fear of loud booms. The good: Fully potty trained Very smart and easily trainable Fully vaccinated Spayed Microchipped Knows a good amount of hand signals and verbal commands The bad: Lots of energy (needs lots of exercise) A little anxious(currently taking meds from the vet, but possibly wouldn't need them if she had a chance to really get out and run) The ugly(why she needs a new home): She snaps at people occasionally, and she did it to our son last night. We are not willing to take the risk of a more profound problem. There will be a rehoming fee to make sure she finds a good home and to cover some of the costs that we have put into training her and her vaccines/spay/microchip but obviously we aren't seeking to make money on this by any stretch. We can send her crate, dishes, medications, collar, and leash with her, and a little food to get you started. Please e-mail or text.
