J. Scott Conrad Homes LLC is hiring!!! We are looking for skilled carpenters with the ability to pay attention to details and the ability to adapt and problem solve. Our company has built a repution on our quality, attention to detail, and our unique designs that require problem solving. We have endless work. The pay is based on experience and can range from $15 per hour to $25 per hour and is determined by the quality of work produced and how much time it takes for you to produce the product we are selling to our customers as they pay a fixed price for the end product. Bottom line is that If the work has to be redone we than we have to pay at a rate it can be done twice, but if your skill is such that we can pay you to do it once and in the time budgeted you will qualify for top pay!
