Pelots Point and the orange tractor

My dad traded you a nearly mint (for its age) small, orange yard tractor in the past year or two. The problem is, a few years earlier he had promised it to me. Unfortunately, between getting older and being hard of hearing he completely forgot. I was absolutely crushed when I found out. That was originally my Gramma and Grampa's tractor and I used to mow their lawn with it when I was a little kid. Half of me wanted to blow up about this happening because I was and continue to be upset by him passing something that meant so much to me to someone else. I know my dad and know how upset he would've got with himself once he realized so I haven't said a word. What do I have to do to get this tractor from you? Even though in my mind, it truly belongs to me I am willing to buy or trade to get it. Please!
