Experience in the labor/construction field preferred but not required, we are willing to teach. Requirements: Must be hardworking and reliable Able bodied for attic work Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Working knowledge with basic construction tools Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Is able to professionally and politely communicate clearly to our customers and employees Open availability Responsibilities: Helping our crew on various jobs including but not limited to air sealing, attic insulation, duct sealing, caulking, draft blocking AND HVAC.
