Yard work - weeding and mulching

I have some yardwork involving 3 areas in back yard that need weeding and then wheelbarrowing mulch from front of house to those areas and spreading the mulch. I also have some crushed granite that needs to be wheeled to the back of house and spread in on small area. I am very type-A about how the work is to be done and expect it to look great when completed. I am willing to pay a higher wage to ensure that this is done correctly. I would like the work done over this weekend - 7/17-18. I will pay $20/hour to have this work done perfectly and efficiently.
