I play: Acoustic and Electric Guitar - lead, rhythm, finger-style Mandolin Lap Steel Bass Keys Banjo Harmonica Dulcimer Vocals I am more capable on some instruments than on others, but I have recorded extensively on all of them. I am open to any original-ish, concert-oriented project, band or solo. Have a Pro Tools room. Style etc: Americana, singer/songwriter, folk-rock, finger-style country blues, trad jazz, 50s/60s standards, non-idiotic country. Have done a least a little of everything from Appalachian to prog rock. People I have to listened a lot, or about whom others have said of my playing, "Hey, kinda that sounds like...": Taj Mahal, Ry Cooder, Scotty Moore, Guy Clark, George Harrison, Leo Kottke, Mark Knopfler.
