Build flower boxes from railroad ties

Were doing a rock paver lawn with 4 basic boxes made of railroad ties. I need a guy to come over and manually cute in half the 6 end ties and attach these with lag bolts. Basic boxes...no power saw because ties have metal shards. Battery powered drill fine on doing holes and lag bolt. Asap. Build 4 boxes. Paying $400 labor plus any materials. Its downtown Salem...id like to do this Saturday at noon to whenever.
