Looking to hire a Personal Assistant, support and manage business of owner. The owner has multiple hospitality businesses which frequently require multi-tasking on the go.
Responsibilities:
Daily Communication w owner
Great Memory
Must be able to drive and have a clean driving record, may be required to use own car occasionally but will mostly drive company car
Personal Smart phone and ability to send text and emails
Handle business and my personal calendar, I can teach this
Answer incoming calls for office.
Assist other areas of office as needed with clerical and general admin support ie. instagram
Maintain, order and pick up supplies
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail and must very organized and clean
Possess the ability to handle matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Have a professional demeanor.
