We are looking for an experienced Custodian/Porter to join our successful team in Rahway, NJ. Pay: $13.00 Schedule: Sat & Sun 8am-5pm General duties include but not limited to: • Dust, clean high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, and restrooms • Sweep, mop, vacuum all common areas in the building and residential floors. • Outdoor responsibilities: Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building. • Respond to cleaning issues within the building. • Restock restrooms and amenities. • Trash removal from the trash room and compactor rooms Requirement: • Able to lift 25 pounds. • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. • Must be reliable and professional. • 1-2 years custodial or porter experience • Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management. • Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player.
