We currently have a Painter /Maintenance Person position available for a 96 unit building in Oklahoma City Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following; --1 to 2 years experienced painters are required. Minimum 1 year. Ideally 3 plus years experience doing interior residential re-paints. -Completing minor repairs and selecting correct primers, paints. You must be comfortable working on ladders and from heights. -Other repairs might be required from time to time Qualifications needed: - Driver's license, clean driving record and access to a car - Have your own tools Wage: $15/hr.+ based on experience.
