Restoration Technician (Mitigation of Water, Mold and Fire Damage) Rainbow International Restoration of Hamden is a small and growing restoration company engaged in water, mold, fire, and smoke remediation. Openings are available for full-time and part-time technicians. Experience in Mitigation is helpful but not required. We are love to train people with the right personality, communication skills and willingness to work. All applicants must have the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully to co-workers and customers at worksites. Duties will include: cleaning up after fire, water and mold damage in residential and commercial buildings including minor demolition, cleaning, packing and moving furniture and household good, carpet and upholstery cleaning, deodorization, and other mitigation work in damaged buildings. IICRC training certifications are helpful but not required. We will pay for IICRC training for employees that demonstrate a desire to advance.
