About our company TJB Sunshine Enterprise Inc Established in 1991 we are a retail storefront window cleaning company. We only service first floor retail stores so being afraid of heights is not a concern as our feet don't leave the ground. Our customers are mostly national retail stores that we have serviced for years on a regular ongoing basis. Most of our employees have worked for us for over 10 years. This can be a good long term part-time position. Most of our current employees work a full time job and we are their flexible part-time job that they can work around their regular job. We are very good to our employees and treat them with the same respect and courtesy as we treat our customers. Applicant Qualifications Most important is a polite friendly attitude. Our customers love us. This is the key to it success. Experience in maintenance or physical labor is preferred Having the ability to work independently is extremely important. We need someone with " get it done" attitude. Honestly if you tend to procrastinate this is not a good fit for you. We work in stores while they are open. You will need to be comfortable working around people. Having good manners will help a lot. As we work in stores while they are open our actions and attitude matter greatly. We need our clients to both like and trust us. I always try to work with the attitude that I will act like the best employee the store could ever hope to have. I'm at stores for a short time period so not hard to do. You are guaranteed a minimum of $20 per hour however we pay our employees by work completed and as you get faster your earnings will increase. The accounts in this territory are all local so your drive time is minimal. We provide all tools, company shirt, insurance etc. We are a legit company and payroll is on the books. There are no company benefits like vacation medical mileage etc Fyi. You will get paid and it does not matter if the customer pays or not. We do our best to keep employees paperwork to a minimum but we need an organized person that will need to both plan their own schedule and submit completed work forms to our office in a timely manner. How to apply Due to the large response we tend to get when we run an ad we are not including our phone number, instead I would ask that you responded with your contact info and some info about yourself. Why, does Google show my business name is permanently closed. When we moved our business office we kept receiving phone calls from a company saying they were Google listing and were updating their info. I thought it sounded a bit sketchy and hung up, but they kept calling so finally to get them to stop calling I told them the company went out of business. So now Google shows my business as permanently closed. Hmm so hard to know who is legit when you receive phone calls.
