Description
New Pool and pool deck needs a screen enclosure. I could hire a company and pay their fee when they probably just subcontract it out to a guy that actually builds them. If you have the skill set, can get a engineer stamped plan, let me know. The build will require a super gutter and a mansard design. I'll get a homeowner approved permit and we can get it done.
