We are hiring for a Property Maintenance Technician. Benefits offered. Job Responsibilities: • Ensure service requests/work orders are completed in a timely manner. • Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. • Turn-over apartment units (paint, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, drywall repair, etc.) • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Manages records of activity in the maintenance log. • Maintain cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. • Assist Property manager with tenant issues and posting notices to residents doors. • Provide residents with outstanding customer service. • Preference for someone with 2 years of residential apartment experience. • Section 8 experience is a plus. • Reliable transportation required • Willing to submit to a background check • The ability to safely lift a minimum of 60 pounds Please Reply here or call 954-246-0276
