We are looking for a live-in Building Superintendent for a 65 unit coop building in Rockville Centre, NY Responsibilities include: Building and apartment repairs and maintenance Responding to residents work requests Maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas Coordinating with vendors and contractors Vacant apartment turnovers Must have strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical along with the necessary interpersonal and communication skills to provide residents with exceptional service
