Avoid. Read the reviews. Worst place I have ever lived. Controlled by children: they control management (!), the pool, the noise level, the crime, the destruction (like smashing door windows), the garbage (yep), the dog poop, etc. You get the point? Life here is worse in the winter, when the pool is closed and the wild, criminal kids are bored and take their activities into the hallways. The police are here too often, we recently had a fire with folks being evacuated (it was on the news), hallways and laundry room are trashed. Had enough? Imagine living with this and paying for it! Avoid.
