National Real Estate Management Company seeks a detailed, thorough and experienced Custodian who would be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all common areas including hallways, offices, community/fitness rooms, building grounds and vacant apartments, as well as snow removal.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is honest, organized, able to multi-task and who works well with people, both co-workers and residents. Must have a positive attitude, good communication skills, strong customer service, ability to take directions from a Supervisor and be highly motivated. Prior cleaning experience is required and basic maintenance knowledge is preferred.
A valid Driver's License with access to a reliable vehicle to and from work is required.

This is a Full Time position and the Salary starts at $20.00 per hour.
