Servpro of Pompano Beach is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Production Technician/Senior Technician to join our team! Servpro of Pompano Beach is an independently-owned franchise of Servpro Corporation. We are an emergency-response company that services customers who have experienced water damage, fires, mold and other disasters in their commercial and residential properties. We also handle a variety of other jobs like carpet cleaning, air-duct cleaning, and biohazards. We strive to provide excellent customer service and care from soup to nuts and make it "like it never happened." We currently have a need for a Technician/Senior Technician who is: --currently performing water and mold mitigation services --ambitious and driven --able to lift 50lbs and more --enjoys working with their hands/labor --detail-oriented --a good leader --punctual --compassionate --customer-service oriented --a hard-worker --has a can-do, whatever it takes attitude --energetic --flexible with time --has a clean background and can pass a background check --an effective communicator --technically-savvy or willing to learn --a team-player --has stable work history --owns a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Compensation: TBD, depending on experience and certifications, plus bonuses Benefits:There are no medical benefits offered at this time. We offer paid vacation, holidays, sick time, personal time and a 401K. Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm with a willingness to work overtime as needed and a willingness to respond quickly to after-hour emergencies when you are on-call.
