Excavation Hardscape company in Eagle ID seeking concrete professionals to join our experienced team & fun work atmosphere. "Concrete Finishers / Form Setters" with a minimum 3 years journeyman level experience. $500 sign on bonus after 3 months. Candidates must possess high standards of quality and demonstrate attention to detail, have strong communications skills and have the ability to work independently as well as cooperatively. Ideal Candidate Possesses: Professional appearance, drive and strong work ethic Effective communication skills Thorough knowledge of layout, form setting, finishing, and skilled at using equipment necessary for the job Dependable, honest, self motivated and work well with others Valid drivers license w/CDL preferred but not required Must understand drawings, including survey staking map and cut sheets Have experience in driveways, walkways, patios, stamped/colored, steps, ramps, seating area around fire pits & benches. Experience with curbing would be a plus.
