What: 45 minute full body, balanced workouts combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. When: Each Monday evening from 6-6:45pm Where: Outdoor plaza next to Gallery II apartments on Rugby Ave (Woodmont Triangle, Bethesda) CLASS SPECIALS AND SPECIAL PARTNERS: All new clients are eligible to purchase our 5 for $50 class special onsite. Each week will feature special local partners and giveaways! WHAT TO BRING: All you need to bring is a yoga mat, water bottle, sun hat, optional 3-8lb weights. Masks are optional. We will be in touch with reminders and any new details (including a rain date if needed) as we get closer to the event.
