In this camp, bakers will be introduced to the foundations of classic French bread making You will learn how to: - Prepare and use pre-ferment in dough building for bread - How to shape, slash and load/bake a baguette, batard & pain de campagne (boule) On registering, bakers have the option to separately purchase Chef Jeanette’s “Artisanal Bread Kit” The kit is helpful for those wanting to immediately apply what they learned in camp! Each kit includes: - A Lame (bread makers scoring blade) - 9 inch woven bread basket - Cotton couch towel REFUND POLICY: Our events have limited attendance to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.
