Running 101: Stretching and Mobility For Runners

The Brooks Trailhead and Experience Momentum offer a class that will focus on the benefits of stretching for runners. Running 101 returns in-person this month with our partners from Experience Momentum leading us through some basic stretching and mobility exercises to help improve our running. Participants will meet at the Brooks Trailhead store at 7:30 PM, before being escorted to the roof of the Brooks HQ for a rooftop, interactive presentation. Dress for an active session and bring your own mat if you'd prefer not to sit on the ground. In case of rain, we will host the event in the store. Leading the group will be Doctors of Physical Therapy, Geoff Gabler and Cat Mooney-Myers from Experience Momentum. Experience Momentum is a local organization that provides physical therapy, massage, nutrition, and fitness classes at several locations throughout the Seattle and surrounding area.
