Featuring intrinsically unique DJ sets, tea lounge, tarot, and areas for meditation & yoga. This event offers an alternative to the traditional “club scene” — naturally elevating to an ECSTATIC state via sound and movement therapy. Encouraging everyone to be and move as they wish, while holding space for healing and transformation to take place. Offering a safe creative container, to freely express oneself, process all the feels, and enjoy some amazing music with vibrant souls! Ecstatic Dance is a potent outlet for releasing negative energy and stress — connecting deeply to your highest-self, heart, and having transformational breakthroughs. Each event has a different DJ and sets vary from house music, tribal electronica, world music, to everything else in between. Event Flow: 7:45P - Doors Open 8:00 - 8:20p - Opening Circle | Drop In Meditation 8:20 - 10:20p - Music Magic 10:20 - 11p - Sound Bath | Closing Circle Sound Bath: Be sure to bring warm layers to get cozy in. Sound bath is received laying down and can get a little chilly after dance. Please Bring: - Water container - Healthy drinking water provided! - Wear comfortable clothes for movement - Expect to sweat! - Suggested: Journal, crystals, or anything you enjoy meditating or manifesting with. - Flow toy's welcome. - Please come clean + fragrance free - light natural scents like essential oils are fine. Guidelines: It is our mission to cultivate a safe, consensual, creative container for everyone to be able to fully drop in. We ask: - Please be respectful of the space and everyone in it.
