Break Free Presents "The Cleansing: Substance Abuse," a discussion, healing session, showcase, and open Mic. Comrades salute! We’re right back at it for our in-person installment of the Cleanse for July 2021 and we’ve got a special one for y’all! It’s summertime, which means those summer nights are upon us, and what better way to soak that up than on a rooftop in the city? Come pull up for our ROOFTOP EDITION that we’ve put together for y’all! Now getting to the topic; as we know there are many things that plague our community, and one of those things that affect us the largest scale is “substance abuse.” We see it everywhere from our neighborhoods to many of our households. With that said, we’re going to use this Cleanse to deep dive on the topic. We’ll be discussing substance abuse in our community, the history of it, how we can collectively overcome the issue, and more.
