SUPERIOR STRUCTURES is in search of a FULL-TIME SITE WORK HELPER We build Barns, Garages, Riding Arenas and large Storage Buildings. RESPONSIBILITIES: Show up early each morning with a good work attitude. Understanding grade and being able to rake, shovel, use a compactor (walk behind and ride on) site for foundation digs, spread material etc. Experience using excavators, tractors, skid loaders, driving trucks with trailers, welding, general maintenance, concrete work etc. is a plus but not necessary. Are we willing to train the right person who shows great drive, enthusiasm and job description retention? YES! REQUIREMENTS: Be able to work in the hot summer weather as well as the cold winter months outside. Be able to effectively communicate with others while maintaining a genuine enjoyable to be around attitude. Be athletic enough to physically work all day. BENEFITS: Overtime is common in the summer time months. Paid standard Holidays starting after 3 months. We actually care about our employees. SCHEDULE: 7am-3:30 or 4:00pm is typical but would be tailored to each job, location and season. SALARY: Starting at $15/hour and up based on experience. Performance based pay increases.
