Columbus Back to School Bash is a fun family festival to help parents get ready & find things for their kids for late summer & fall! VENDOR REGISTRATION: Columbus Back to School Bash 2021 presented by Eastland Preparatory Academy It is time to get ready for bac to school! This key event is a key way to connect with inner city Columbus families. Now celebrating our 2nd year for this event. Great way to connect with 1,500 - 3,000 attendees at this fun community event this is to help area families get ready for going back to school. Vendor RegistrationWhen: August 7th (Saturday, Noon - 3PM)Where:  Eastland Mall (2740 B Eastland Mall, Columbus, OH 43232)Who Attends:  Families from inside Columbus from the surrounding area of inside Columbus, Whitehall, Obetz, and more!How it works: Outdoor walk -thru event! Families pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free. It includes free Back to School Supplies, free produce & food, all activities at the event are free. Help parents find education options, social services, jobs, family health, educational services, and more! Helping to make strong families in Columbus. Additionally shopping and other items to get ready for Back to School, and more! What to do at the event:Non-stop Fun (All free): Fun Bounce Park, stage with live entertainment, Mystery Prize Zone, balloon artist, contest and games, free back to school supplies, and more fun!Food: Free popcorn, cotton candy, cookies, produce, and more! Sponsorship or Booth Opportunities (event is outdoors):  Booth included with sponsorship plus logo on website, flyers, posters, and more! Balloon Artist (Platinum):  Balloon artist at your booth - very popular and a great way to be seen at the event.  Just a fun way to be a part of the event.  $600 Main Stage Presenting Sponsor (Platinum): Center of attention for the event! Presenting sponsor or all stage activities. Stage mentions during the entire event, 5' x 2' banner at the front of the stage, and the ability to have several appearances on the stage. High visible. $400 Petting Zoo (Gold): Fun animal area is back! Petting zoo admission starts at your booth. Great area to interact with families. Kids provide hand sanitizer or food service gloves before petting animals. Fun is back! $400Event Bag (Platinum):  This is the bag that everyone receives at the start of the event.  Key item and highly anticipated because of all the special goodies in it.  We produce bag $800 or you provide the bag $400Cotton Candy or Popcorn  (Gold):  You pick 1 of the items and have 150 servings to hand out from your booth (prepackaged)!  Fun part or our family fun theme! Extremely popular - fun!  We provide all the supplies and items for it.  Very popular destination.  $400 per item Entrance (Gold):  Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material! (booth optional):  $300Candy / Prize Donation (Supporter): We have a lot of candy & prizes to make this event happen for local families. Please consider donating to help our efforts.
