Military and Veteran Lifting Club. Join us for some lower body strength training great for beginners or seasoned athletes. Join us at Impact Fitness in Auburn, MA from 1-3 p.m. for a free weight training workout for current Military & Veterans from Massachusetts. Designed for those who are looking to improve their general strength and conditioning (to include their ACFT score if currently serving), we are introducing full upper and lower body circuits for new participants.
