SEPTEMBER 8, 2021 - PHILLIP VO - LIVE IN PROVO, UT Free Show Doors at 6:30 PM Show at 7:00 PM Phillip Vo is a 22 year-old pop singer-songwriter, carefully crafting contemplative lyrics accompanied by understated piano and acoustic guitar. Originally from Mobile, AL, his musical start began in the church, singing and playing worship songs. Eventually, he developed a desire to write and sing songs of his own; his first EP, “Sophomore Year” was released on May 1st, 2020, and can be described as fun, introspective, lyric-pop. Phillip cares deeply about serving and entertaining his listeners with his art- whether it's a memorable melody or a hard hitting lyric, he works hard to make meaningful music worth listening to. His second EP, entitled "Late Bloomer", is set to release in the Fall of 2021 as he tours extensively and continues to build on the momentum he gained while in college. To Phillip, "Music matters in a way that no one can really explain but everyone can feel. I'm thankful to get to write, record, and play out my songs, and I hope to keep doing so for as long as I can."
