Need Carrier TXV Valve Replaced

Hi I'm looking for someone with the equipment to replace a failing TXV valve on my AC system. Still works but just had two different techs tell me it's "not quite opening all the way." Obviously you'll need to have the evacuation equipment and braising tools to get this installed, they're telling me $750 total including the part ($150) so I'm trying to find someone legitimate who can give me a break on labor. The coil is a CNPVP2417ALAAAAA which if I'm not mistaken takes a 331709-65 replacement kit. If interested please let me know what you'd charge to do this and what your availability looks like. No big rush as it's still cooling sufficiently. Thanks
