We are thankful for their sponsorship! “The Piñata, one of the symbols that identifies Mexico in the world, had its origin in the town of Acolman, now part of the state of Mexico. Why is the original pinata, rounded and colorful, and why the cones? What is inside? It was introduced by the Augustinian priests in 1586, as a form of indoctrination, which since then has been associated with another very Mexican tradition: the festivities that precede Christmas known as "Las Posadas.“ Come and learn about this cultural celebration, a fusion of our indigenous traditions and the European and Asian influence
