Manufacture looking for person for Janitorial and light Maintenance for days.
Tasks would included but not limited to:
Daily Tasks: Trash disposal, maintain floors, maintain restrooms and lunchroom.
Weekly Tasks: Vacuum, washing floors, maintain outside premises.
Monthly Tasks: Check pumps, air compressors, rooftop fans and motors.
Seasonal Maintenance: Summer sprinkler system and winter snow removal, air filters.
Skills with minor shop equipment a plus: Drills and table saw.
