The Prince Experience Part of our 80th-season celebration! Join us for an evening of music from the 1980s featuring The Prince Exprience! Since 2002 Gabriel Sanchez has been portraying Prince in his critically acclaimed show The Prince Experience. What started off as a small local theatre production of Purple Rain, has expanded into what has become a night of unbelievable entertainment, that keeps anyone who has seen it talking long after the last encore is played. Our 2021-22 season features movies and live entertainment each month celebrating our eight decades in operation! A full bar will be available for those 21 and older with proper ID. All ages are welcome to attend. The historic State Theatre hosts a variety of entertainment and educational programs including comedy shows, film festivals and concerts. The non-profit State Theatre Preservation Society's goal is to restore the circa 1940 art deco theatre and preserve it for the future use of the community of Logansport, Indiana.
