Embodied Yin combines gentle intuitive movement and poses that are held for an extended period of time and invites us to explore our capacities for healing through listening + sensing with the whole Body-Mind equipping us to meet each moment and sense into the support we need. Please read the suggestions of what to bring.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat
Bolsters or Pillows (a regular pillow is fine)
Lightweight Blanket
Yoga Blocks (if you have them) if not a couple of rolled-up bath towels will work
Water bottle
