Paragon Landscaping Construction is an established full-service landscape construction and maintenance company providing high-quality work throughout eastern Massachusetts. We are seeking hard-working, self-motivated, trustworthy, and team-oriented individuals who have a passion for gardening and desire personal and professional growth within the company. We are currently hiring full-time or part time Gardeners. Flexible with days and hours.
Responsibilities include:
· Hand/fine pruning, deadheading & weeding.
· Plant fertilization, bed cultivation, planting and container gardening
· Excellent attention to detail in a high-performance environment
· Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift more than 50lbs.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
