The ideal customer will have a strong work ethic, dependable, dedicated, team-oriented, willing to and enjoy learning. No experience necessary, we will teach and train the right candidate. We are a growing company, we work long hours but are well rewarded. Primary Responsibilities: • Provide excellent face-to-face customer service. • Understand, manage, and meet customer expectations regarding the aesthetics and functionality of each installation. • Review installation orders, gather equipment, supplies and make it to all scheduled appointments in a timely manner. • Plan installations by evaluating location, locating access points, and laying out the most efficient and effective equipment and wiring plan. • Install equipment on rooftops of homes and businesses. • Install new Phone and DSL circuits • Install RJ11 and RJ 45 Jacks • Configure and troubleshoot Wireless Internet, Fiber, DSL, and Voice services. • Verify correct functionality and optimal performance by running a speed test, testing equipment, and connections and identifying and correcting any issues. • Clean up and leave the home or business as neat as you found it • Maintain accurate records by updating SVI’s internal database and CRM system. • Maintain a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to company safety policies. • Ensure adequate supply levels by inventorying stock daily. • Update management when inventory levels meet the minimum threshold. Minimum Qualifications: • Hands-on knowledge utilizing tools such as a drill, hammer, Silicone, and Screwdrivers. • Must not be afraid of height. Able to work comfortably on roofs and climb ladders. • Must be proficient with the use of a computer • Must have a working knowledge of a router and how to use one. • Able to run cable • Must be a hands-on problem solver. • Take direction well. • Be Dependable and on time.
