Hi we rescued him from getting ranned over. Have not been able to locate his owners. He seems like he had been previously abused and was super thin when we found him. He is so loving but definitely needs a fenced yard and a family with time to be able to take care of him. Please help us find his owner or a foster parent asap. Only contact me if your serious.
