Join fellow family members and Care Champions at a fun, festive open house for the Incompass Human Services day programs in Chelmsford. 👉 Tour the Omni Way program and clinical spaces 👉 Ask questions about the transfer process from Parker Street 👉 Meet the Care Champions of Incompass (some you may already know!) 👉 Connect with other Incompass family members 👉 Enjoy food, drink, and great company!
